Description
This project aims to integrate immunorepertoire analysis with the development and functional evaluation of engineered T lymphocytes for immunotherapeutic applications. The T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire Will be analyzed using Next Generation Sequencing technologies to identify antigen-specific clonotypes associated with oncological, infectious, and autoimmune diseases.
