Research: The postdoctoral fellow will study the placebo and nocebo effects, the influence of contextual factors, and the mechanisms of expectation and learning on pain perception and motor performance in healthy participants and in clinical settings, in order to leverage the understanding of these mechanisms to develop new intervention strategies.Third mission: Active dissemination of scientific results and the writing of informative articles for the media.Teaching: Focused on the application and effective implementation of communication strategies based on modalities that promote placebo responses and limit nocebo responses, to optimize clinical outcomes and patient well-being.
