The selection of candidates is carried out on the basis of qualifications and interview, supplemented by a test of knowledge of the foreign language (see Art. 1 par. 1 Call for applications).

The educational qualification has to concern the research theme.Further specific assessable qualifications (see Art. 1 par. 1 Call for applications): 1)Scientific and professional curriculum suitable for carrying out the proposed research activities.2)Experience in cell biology techniques.3)Experience in cell co-culture methodologies using advanced 3D systems (e.g., 3D scaffolds, bioreactors, or equivalent platforms).4)Experience in biochemical techniques (e.g., ELISA, Western blotting).5)Experience in microscopy and image analysis.6)Experience in platelet functionality assays.7)Knowledge and experience in 3D bioprinting and CAD design applied to tissue engineering.8)Knowledge of techniques for the extraction and manipulation of fibrin- and silk-based biomaterials (e.g., fibrin/silk fibroin).9)Experience in working with murine models. 10)Proficiency in the English language.
