Description

The project aims to promote greater female participation in STEM study pathways, with particular attention to the role of gender stereotypes, guidance practices, school contexts, and university inclusion policies. The activity includes scientific and operational support for projects developed within the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science, with specific reference to the STEM project. In this context, the researcher will contribute to monitoring activities, data collection and analysis, impact assessment, and report writing.
