Description
The research fellowship focuses on the analysis, design, development, and testing of scalable Edge Computing methodologies and solutions for Digital Twin ecosystems, within the framework of the ECHO-TWIN-RISE project.The research activity will be aimed at the study, implementation, and validation of architectures and methodologies for efficient and distributed data processing along the Edge-Cloud-HPC continuum, through the integration of Artificial Intelligence techniques, high-performance computing resources, and low-power edge infrastructures.Particular attention will be devoted to the scalability of solutions, the optimization of computational resource allocation, the reduction of latency and energy consumption, as well as the interoperability among edge, cloud, and HPC components, in order to support advanced research applications based on Digital Twins.
