Description
The research activity will focus on the analysis of pragmatic aspects of communicative competence in Italian Sign Language (LIS), with particular attention to implicatures, inferences, and meaning construction in interaction. The project involves the linguistic description of these phenomena, the development of pragmatic competence descriptors, and the design of assessment tools aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The successful candidate will also contribute to the empirical validation and statistical analysis of data supporting reliable procedures for the assessment and certification of LIS. In addition, the postdoctoral researcher will also contribute to the preparation of scientific publications, teaching activities, and the dissemination of research findings.
