Description

The research activity aims to design, develop, and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure continuity of care between hospital and community settings, with a specific focus on the needs of older and frail populations. The project is aligned with the Department of Excellence initiatives, particularly within BETTERCARE4AGING and TEACHING-AGING, as well as the TELEFOR project, promoting innovative care models, continuity of care, and the use of digital and telehealth solutions.

A Master’s degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences and a PhD are required. Candidates must demonstrate a solid and ongoing scientific production in the field of nursing sciences, with particular reference to community nursing and the development and evaluation of care models and approaches.Previous experience in research activities is required, as well as involvement in teaching activities within academic settings. Additional value will be given to methodological competencies, participation in research projects, and the overall consistency of the candidate’s profile with the topics of the call
