Recent advances in the field of ArtificialIntelligence (AI) are driving new and profound organizational changes. Theimplementation of, and subsequent interaction with, AI tools are reshaping structures,roles, skills, and collaborative dynamics, moving them toward new paradigms that arenot yet fully understood. The research activity will be developed across multiple intra-organizational levels, ranging from human–AI interactions to departmental andmanagerial dynamics.
