Controlling microbial contamination at the feedration level is a key aspect of dairy farm management, particularly in production systemsgeared towards high-quality cheese production. The research aims to evaluate the effectof various microbial mitigation strategies applied to forage and their managementsystems on the reduction of microorganisms contaminating animal feed and on the potential improvement of the microbiological quality of milk intended for cheeseproduction.
