From a scientific point of view, the selectedcandidate is required to conduct research in the field of Business Law – GIUR/02A – inthe stream of research on business crisis law, in view of scientific publications both atnational and international level. In particular, in addition to traditional commercial lawissues, the selected candidate will deal with new aspects related to corporate crisis andinsolvency law, ranging from extrajudicial and judicial crisis resolution tools toliquidation and preservation proceedings
