TEACHING AND SCIENTIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:Teaching experience in disciplines relevant to the SSD GIUR-15/A, documented research activity,and full academic autonomy within the SSD, with particularreference to Roman legal thought, itsorganization and written transmission, and its receptionin European legal culture, from an interdisciplinary and international perspective.THE PROFESSOR WILLPERFORM:teaching tasks related to the SSD in the various courses offered by the Law Department.He/she will conduct research activitiesconsistent and consistent with the SSD topicsrelated to the study of Roman law, with particular reference to the works ofRoman jurists, their transmission and reception in European legal culture, as well asthe themes of legal argumentation. The professor willorganize local and international research groups. He/she will coordinate and supervise doctoral students and research fellows.
