Description
From a scientific point of view, the selectedcandidate is required to conduct research in the field of Business Administration withinthe stream of research on Strategic Management focusing on firms characterized bydifferent ownership and governance structures (including family firms, female-ownedfirms, and ventures founded by young entrepreneurs). Strategic issues and theirrelationships with ownership and governance structures will be systematicallyinvestigated, with the aim of contributing to the national and international academicdebate through high-quality scholarly publications. In addition, the research activity willbe oriented toward the development of original research datasets, designed to foster andstrengthen collaborations with academics, organizations, and institutions of national andinternational relevance.
