The research activity will concern theoretical areas of mathematical analysis, including in particular: ordinary and partial differential equations, calculus of variations, geometric measure theory, real and harmonic analysis, theory of functions of complex variables, integral equations, functional analysis, operator theory, geometric analysis, global analysis, nonlinear analysis, microlocal analysis, spectral theory, analysis on manifolds and metric spaces, optimal transport, control theory and optimization.The candidate will also be required to carry out teaching activities in Mathematical Analysis within degree programmes in Architecture, Engineering, and Design. The overall annual commitment for teaching, supplementary teaching activities, and service activities for students will amount to 350 hours.
