The selected candidate will be expected to carry out research within the scientific disciplinary group GSD MATH-04/A Mathematical Physics, with particular emphasis on the formulation, analysis, and application of mathematical models, analytical methods, and theoretical approaches to problems motivated by physics and other sciences. Teaching duties may include undergraduate and graduate courses in Mathematical Physics, as well as foundational mathematics courses and related subjects consistent with the teaching needs of the Department.
