Description
The technologist will be involved in support activities in the development and management of experimental activities for the NETTLE4EU project, which aims to apply natural extracts from botanicals from the cross-border region in food emulsions. Specifically, the technologist will support the formulation of emulsions for encapsulating extracts from the project's botanicals, aiming to preserve their antioxidant and antimicrobial properties
