08/CEAR-12 - Urban And Landscape Planning And Design
Description
The project concerns the implementation of an assessment and monitoring model for the Apulia Regional Landscape Plan (PPTR), in line with the provisions of Regional Law 20/2009, the Technical Implementation Rules of the PPTR and the monitoring measures provided for by the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure conducted as part of the plan formation process. The activity is highly innovative, given the complex conceptual and regulatory structure of the PPTR and the lack of established application references in a sector in which few other Italian regions have made progress similar to that of Apulia, while European and international experiences, sometimes adequately structured from a methodological point of view, are only partially adaptable through critical analysis and creative reworking.
