The present research project is aimed to the valorization of fish wastewaters into microbial biomasses throughout green and sustainable approaches. In this context, within the present research project, different fish waste waters from fish processing will be considered and exploited through tailored biotechnological approaches based on safe microorganisms to obtain microorganism-based ingredient as biostimulants. The biotechnological approaches will be firstly optimized at lab scale in relation to the starting fish wastewaters and then int 15L bioreactor.
