Private Law

The researcher will be required to conduct scientific research within the GIUR-01/A scientific-disciplinary sector, focusing on the theoretical, systematic and practical aspects of private law institutions. Despite the variety of topics, the research must pay particular attention to the evolution of civil law categories and emerging issues raised by social, economic, technological and regulatory changes within the Italian and European legal systems.
