Title: Legal Tradition and Constitutional Reforms in Slavic Countries (18th–20th Centuries).Principal Investigator: Prof. Marco FioravantiDescription: The project aims to conduct a historical and historiographical study of legal sources, legal institutions, and jurists, as well as the methods and schools of thought that shaped the public law tradition of Slavic countries during the modern and contemporary eras. Particular attention is devoted to analyzing, surveying, and reconstructing the constitutional reform processes within the respective legal systems—specifically those unfolding prior to the 1917 Russian Revolution—examining their historical evolution and key aspects.
