Efficient Algorithms and Software for Complex Systems with Higher-Order Interactions

The project, referring to FIS section 1.1 “Algorithms, metrics and models”, aims to develop algorithms, metrics, efficient software and visualization tools for the analysis of complex systems with higher-order interactions. The activity will focus on scalable computational methods, their implementation in documented and reproducible scientific code, the visualization of hypergraphs and higher-order structures, validation on real and synthetic data, and the production of scientific outputs related to the FIS project.
