Title of the project: “The invisible disorder: Unraveling the role of human microbiomes in endometriosis.” - The research project aims to develop and characterize 3D tissue models based on collagen and other hydrogel matrices to investigate cell-matrix interactions and molecular mechanisms involved in endometriosis. The research fellow will synthesize and characterize the rheological, mechanical, and morphological properties of hydrogels, optimize 3D models, and perform their cellular and molecular characterization.
