Comparative evaluation procedure for n. 1 research contract - Department of Sociology and Business Law

Title of the project: “Using Liberal Tools for Illiberal Missions (ULTIM): ECtHR” - Postdoc 1 (PD1) focuses on legal mobilization in relation to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), while assisting PD2. Duties consist in a literature review, the analysis of case-law, and of the execution of ECtHR judgments. PD1 executes a (socio-)legal discourse analysis of judgments, third-party interventions, dissenting opinions, and related statements and documents issued by conservative CSOs (CCSOs). PD1 contextualizes the specific cases, linking them to the broader jurisprudence, but also investigates strategies of CCSOs, and reconstructs the pre-litigation phase. PD1 and 2 analyse CCSO legal competences, legal and other resources, and legal-ideological positions.
