Statistical and computational methods for the analysis of heterogeneous data in support of interdisciplinary research (DATA LAB)

The candidate will carry out methodological and computational research activities in statistics, within an interdisciplinary context. The project involves developing collaborations with researchers from other fields, including applied, scientific-technological, and social science disciplines, as well as with external actors from different sectors (e.g. healthcare, industry, public administration), with the aim of jointly designing innovative methodological solutions for research problems from different domains. Particular attention will be devoted to the analysis and integration of data from heterogeneous sources, with the goal of developing new inferential and computational approaches that can be generalized to different applied contexts.
