MODULAR RECONFIGURABLE PLATFORM FOR HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL UNIVERSAL SENSING (MORPHEUS ) + Innovation Playground

Fabrication, and characterization of flexible thin-film devices, particularly thin-film transistors, and sensors, based on inorganic materials such as oxide semiconductors and metals as part of a European research project.This also inlcudes the operation of corresponding semiconductor deposition tools, preparation of reports, participation in meeting and dissemination of results e.g. via international conferences and high quality publications.Additional research activities in the context of other research projects on similar topics may be defined in due course with the mutual agreement between research contract holder and supervisor. If the supervision of this activity taking place within another project is done in detail by a different professor/researcher, the main supervisor has to explicitly countersign the part of the report regarding the activity on additional research projects.
