The research addresses functional and non-functional requirements such as consumption optimization, self-consumption, peak management, privacy, security, interoperability, reliability, and user comfort. In this context, software and process modeling is used to explicitly represent components, services, information flows, actors, operational rules, and energy policies, linking requirements, architecture, implementation, and control logic. This makes it possible to improve traceability, consistency checking, maintainability, and the controlled evolution of the platform. Particular attention is devoted to the controlled use of intelligent agents to support the production, review, and verification of technical artifacts, identify inconsistencies, and support the documentation of design decisions.
