Processes, Practices, and Outcomes in Residential Care for Children and Youth: Building on Empirical Evidence and Developing New National and International Research Perspectives

The research fellow will contribute to the analysis and dissemination of data from research on residential care for children and youth, focusing on pathways and outcomes in Shared Residential Care, the professional experiences of residential care staff, and collaboration between social services and residential care providers. Activities will include quantitative and qualitative analyses and the integration of different data sources through a mixed-methods approach, as well as the preparation and dissemination of scientific outputs. The fellow will also contribute to the development of a cross-national study on care leavers, including the development and cross-cultural adaptation of research tools, collaboration with international partners and the launch of data collection, as well as the identification of funding opportunities and preparation of research proposals.
