ECHINO-CAMP 2026 Monitoring and Surveillance of Cystic Echinococcosis (Hydatidosis) in the Campania Region.

The aim of the research program is to support the control andsurveillance activities for cystic echinococcosis (CE) in theCampania Region through technical, scientific, and logisticalactivities; the analysis of epidemiological data; the developmentand application of new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches; aswell as interventions aimed at controlling the stray dog populationand implementing training and dissemination activities.
