Clinical characteristics, risk stratification and follow-up of patients with ventricular tachycardia

Ventricular tachycardia is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with structural and non-structural heart disease. Clinical management requires careful assessment of patient characteristics, prognostic factors and response to available therapies. This project aims to investigate the clinical, instrumental and prognostic features of patients with ventricular tachycardia and to evaluate their long-term outcomes through systematic follow-up. Particular focus will be placed on identifying factors associated with arrhythmia recurrence, hospitalizations and major adverse clinical events, with the ultimate goal of improving risk stratification and optimizing patient management pathways.
