Design of novel sustainable synthetic methodologies in organometallic chemistry and biocatalysis

The research project focuses on the development of innovative synthetic methodologies, designed in accordance with the sustainability principles of Green Chemistry. In this context, the research fellow will focus the research activities on the reactivity of polar organometallic compounds (e.g. organolithium and organosodium reagents) and of biocatalytic systems using non-conventional reaction conditions, and on their synergic combination into hybrid chemoenzymatic cascades.
