Implementation of a prospective clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic monitoring pathway for patients with hematological disorders.

The project stems from the need to develop a structured model for the prospective monitoring of patients with hematological disorders managed at the Hematology Unit of AOU Careggi, with the aim of promoting systematic data collection and clinical research. The overall objective is to develop and implement a structured system for clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic follow-up, combined with the prospective collection of data, in order to improve the understanding of the evolution of hematological disorders and treatment outcomes.
