Artificial Intelligence Methods and Technologies for Skills Analysis, Talent Matching and Ranking within the SMART Platform

The SMART (System for Matching and Ranking Talents) project aims at designing, developing, integrating and validating advanced methods, models and software components supporting intelligent recruitment and talent management processes. Research activities will focus on requirements analysis, data modelling and management, web scraping techniques, data processing and analytics, as well as the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Explainable AI and Decision Support Systems for skills analysis, talent matching and candidate ranking. Activities will also include the design, implementation, integration and experimental validation of intelligent software components and platforms, performance evaluation, scientific dissemination and technology transfer.
