Development and integration of a multimodal platform for high-resolution hyperspectral spectroscopic imaging - 2026_IDR_DFIS_17

The research program focuses on the development and integration of an innovative platform for multimodal, multiscale and hyperspectral imaging within the European PHOTOMIX project. The activity will address the design of acquisition protocols, the integration of optical and spectroscopic modules, and the definition of an experimental architecture capable of combining complementary information from different imaging modalities, aminly from SRS (Stimualted Raman Scattering). The researcher will contribute to the characterization and optimization of the measurement modules, the development of hyperspectral data acquisition and management workflows, and the preliminary validation of the platform through measurements on reference samples and demonstration applications. The activity will be carried out at Politecnico di Milano in close collaboration with the project partners.
