Analysis of cellular communication networks using single-cell multi-omics cancer data to identify novel anticancer therapies

The successful candidate will analyze single-cell multi-omics data, such as transcriptomic, spatial transcriptomic, and proteomic data, with a particular focus on interaction networks involved in cell–cell communication. Specifically, the candidate will be expected to develop innovative analytical algorithms for investigating cell–cell interaction motifs, with the aim of better elucidating the complex network of interactions between tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment, as well as identifying novel therapeutic approaches.
