Definition of innovative agronomic protocols for the productive and qualitative enhancement of durum wheat in Southern Italy

The project involves the development and validation ofinnovative agronomic protocols for the valorization of durum wheat. Thestrategies adopted will include the use of new generation biostimulants (bothmicrobial and non-microbial), with the aim of reducing chemical inputs andpromoting environmental sustainability. The effectiveness of theseapproaches will be evaluated in the field through the monitoring of thephysiological and production parameters of the crop. Finally, theenvironmental impact of the proposed methods will be quantified throughthe Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology
