Building a Research Infrastructure for the Study of Early Twentieth-Century Japanese Women's Drama

The project aims to develop a research infrastructure dedicated to the study of early twentieth-century Japanese women’s drama. Its objective is to connect previously isolated sources, fostering collaborative research and contributing to a reassessment of the history of modern Japanese theatre through the systematic recovery of women playwrights and their works.
