Scouting of transferable initiatives developed at the University of Bari in the fields of humanities, law, and economics: evaluation metrics and methods for valorization.

The project aims to map innovations generated by the University of Bari in the fields of humanities, law, and economics, identifying technologies and patents with high market potential. Through systematic scouting, the most promising initiatives will be selected, with an analysis of their technological maturity (TRL) and alignment with industrial needs. The research will focus on defining objective evaluation metrics capable of measuring the scientific and economic impact of these discoveries. Concurrently, strategies for value creation—such as the establishment of spin-offs, licensing agreements, or public-private partnerships—will be developed. The ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between academic research and clinical or commercial application, transforming knowledge into concrete solutions for health and well-being.
