Pica Code IPD-2026-055 RATIONAL DESIGN OF MULTI-TARGET K-RAS AND ADAM17 INHIBITORS AS POTENTIAL ANTICANCER DRUGS AND EVALUATION OF THEIR STRUCTURE-ACTIVITY RELATIONSHIPS

The research activity will consist in the design and development of dual inhibitors ofthe ADAM17 and K-RasG12C proteins as potential anti-tumour agents, by usingstructure-based in silico methods. An evaluation of the structure-activityrelationships on the targets of interest will also be carried out of the developedcompounds. The final goal of this activity is the identification of molecules with highefficacy and selectivity, potentially applicable to the treatment of non-small cell lungcancer.
