Management of procedures and workflows for the INGENIO infrastructure

INGENIO (Next-Gen Digital Infrastructure for the Study of Rare Diseases: Identification Guided by Multi-Omics & A.I. for Precision Drug Discovery & Delivery) aims to analyze clinical data from patients with rare diseases through Artificial Intelligence techniques designed to promote early diagnosis and identify potential drugs. On the experimental side, the project integrates Area Science Park's multi-omics and digital technologies with advanced magnetic resonance, electron microscopy, and preparative facilities available in partner laboratories. By integrating specialized skills and instrumentation nationwide, the project covers the entire value chain: from the study of diseases to computational modeling and the synthesis of new drug candidates.
