- Active collaboration in the management of the project Compassionate Leadership: an Italian Model;- Active participation in the Action Research meetings to be held at the premises of the involved healthcare organizations, as well as in meetings with organizational leadership and regional leadership;- Reporting and processing of the contents of the Action Research modules;- Active collaboration in publications related to the research project;- Development of new project initiatives based on compassionate leadership, also from an international and interdisciplinary perspective;- Collaboration in third mission activities, including the project Compassionate UniverCity, developing the module related to grief management in organizations;- Active participation in student orientation days and didactical support activities.
