OUTREACH - Hospital -University -Community Network for the Early Identification of Frailty in Older Adults

The activity will focus on coordinating the research conducted by the university and hospital teams involved in the OUTREACH project, funded by Fondazione Cariplo (Ref. 2024-3450), which assesses the clinical, social and area-level determinants of frailty among older people in Brescia. The project involves an observational study and epidemiological analysis of anonymised data to develop predictive models for health and social care planning. The successful candidate will serve as University Project Manager, coordinating activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, networking with the project promoter and objective coordinators, and supporting monitoring and reporting in collaboration with the Scientific Lead and the Technical and Scientific Committee. He/She will also contribute to interim and final reports, peer-reviewed scientific papers and periodic project meetings.
