Research, teaching and third mission activities in GSD 11/PHIL-04, SSD PHIL-04/A – Aesthetics, relating to the aesthetics of taste and the philosophy of food. Teaching in Italian and English in first- and second-cycle degree, master’s and PhD programmes; full-time commitment, with 350 hours per year of teaching, supplementary teaching and student services.
