Sustainable Biotechnologies: From Food by-products to New Functional Nanovesicles

The project involves the development and formulation of new functional nanovesicles obtained from phytocomplexes and plant-derived extracellular vesicles (PDEVs) from food waste. The products will be extracted using advanced techniques, characterized with innovative chemical and instrumental approaches, and used to obtain functional nanovesicles through innovative biotechnological approaches.
