**PeerCards Project: Development, Validation, and Evaluation of an AI-Supported Peer Learning Model to Promote AI Literacy in Nursing and Health Professions Education**
The research activity aims to develop, validate, and evaluate the PeerCards model in nursing and health professions education across different university settings. The study will adopt a mixed-methods study comprising three interconnected phases. Phase 1 will include needs assessment, contextualisation of the model, and co-design of learning activities and AI-supported peer learning strategies. Phase 2 will focus on validation and iterative refinement of the model and related tools. Phase 3 will involve a sequential mixed-methods evaluation, guided by the RE-AIM framework, integrating quantitative and qualitative data on reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation, and maintenance, as well as AI literacy, learning, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Mandatory requirement for admission to the selection: italian Laurea Magistrale, or Laurea a Ciclo Unico, or an equivalent degree from foreign Universities, obtained no more than 6 years prior to the application deadline (i.e obtained after 13/10/2020).
