The research assignment will support the analysis of the economic, social and environmental sustainability of the Veneto dairy district, with specific reference to a production system belonging to a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) in Veneto. The activities will include data collection and processing, the definition of sustainability indicators, the development of survey tools, and the assessment of the sustainability performance of the selected PDO supply chain. The assignment will also contribute to the preparation of a sustainability report and to the co-creation, together with stakeholders, of strategies and operational recommendations for the continuous improvement of sustainability.
