Title of the project:Didactic innovation and action research in initial teacher training programmes (PF60): digital models, inclusive design and the quality of traineeship. The research activity aims to innovate pathways by designing, implementing, and validating initial teacher education programs, both in-person and online, based on micro-learning and the integration of synchronous and asynchronous activities. Grounded in action research and design-based research methodologies, the project is structured into three phases. In the first phase, existing materials, practices, and evaluation data will be analyzed, and teaching formats, resources, and monitoring tools will be co-designed. In the second phase, the new formats will be piloted, the CFI’s Resource Platform for Instructional Design will be launched, and data will be collected through questionnaires, focus groups, and learning analytics.
